Move MIDI into a project with different tempo in Logic Pro

1. Set the tempo of the project to match the tempo of the MIDI to be imported temporarily.
2. Import the MIDI region.
3. In Editors, select all notes. Then in Editors > Functions, select Lock SMPTE Position.
4. Restore the tempo of the project.
5. In Editors > Functions, select Unlock SMPTE Position.
